Aisha Lagundoye, Business Support Officer

Aisha is the key point of contact in regards to course coordination and facilitation. She manages the team mail box and is responsible for updating the information the CfSSW website. She also supports the cohort tutors and students in their teaching / learning experience and is always happy to deal with student queries where necessary

Deborah Parfitt, Programmes Coordinator (not included in image above)

Deborah is the first point of contact for partner agencies and oversees our work on course scheduling and course bookings. She manages the Turnitin essay submission system and is responsible for production of course brochures and handbooks. Deborah also coordinates support for students with additional learning needs.

Katrina Daly, Assistant Psychologist

I’m an Assistant Psychologist for the Centre; I mainly analyse data that has been collected through questionnaires that participants fill in during the courses. I then write up reports based on my findings to show what is going well for the course as well as improvements that can be made for next time.

Rowland Coombes, Lead Clinician

Rowland teaches at the CfSSW as a Clinical Lead and is a Family Therapist in Hammersmith and Fulham Children’s Services. He is jointly qualified in Social Work and Systemic Psychotherapy. Over 28 years he has worked in statutory, charitable and independent sectors in safeguarding, foster care and children’s residential care; also probation, prisons, psychiatric hospitals and youth offending services

Kati Maskell, Operations Manager

Kati oversees the activity of the Centre for Systemic Social Work and ensures the programmes, support and consultancy services run smoothly. Kati is the key point of contact for the Practice Leadership Development Programme.

David Worlock, Partners in Practice Programme Manager

Dave is responsible for the strategic level engagement and relationship management with partner local authorities. David is the key point of contact for the designated strategic leads in each local authority. Also leading practice development projects designed to embed systemic theory into the children’s social care service systems in RBKC, WCC and LBHF.

Gracie Kenny, Support Officer (not pictured in the above image)

I help manage the day-to-day co-ordination and administration of the team, liaising with and supporting the Business Support Officer to help manage the team inbox and course coordination, and the Assistant Psychologist to help with data analysis, evaluations and reports.

Caroline Pipe, Clinical Director 

Caroline Pipe is a Social Worker, Systemic Psychotherapist and Systemic Supervisor with over 25 years’ experience working in Children’s Social Care. After qualifying as a Systemic Psychotherapist Caroline enjoyed a six-year career in the London Borough of Hackney, before joining the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in 2015. Caroline was appointed Clinical Director of the Centre for Systemic Social Work in January 2019 and combines her teaching, team management and Centre development work with ongoing work with Children and Families in Hammersmith and Fulham
